Tobias Chardonnay
Man o' man, this chardonnay has aromas of vanilla, tropical fruit, ripe melon and a hint of spice while having flavors of rich apples with firm acidity and the low percent of secondary (malolatic) fermentation that they use gives it nice warm buttery notes. Using 30% new French Oak during the first 6 months and 10% for the last 6, the presence is there but very well balanced into what this Chardonnay offers.
