I had the pleasure of meeting the winemaker from Williams Selyem Winery, Bob Cabral, today. It was an amazing to sit in on his seminar and to hear about the wines and winery that he has producing and working for since the late 90's. The winery specializes in making Pinot Noir and does a fabulous job at it.
From their A.V.A. wines to their single vineyard labels, each one shows the dedication and passion Bob has for the Pinot Noir.
If any of ya'll are interested in his wines, please let me know. I am only taking requests on his wines at this time. They are small production and limited quantities. The wines range in price from around $66 to $93ish.
